Terms and Conditions for use of online payment system

This online payment service is provided to you to facilitate payments to Global Corporate Services (Holdings) Limited and its subsidiaries (“Global”). All transactions are considered complete only upon receipt of funds by Global.

By accessing or using Global’s online payment service, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. Global may modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice. You agree that by using our website after any such modifications, you will be deemed to have reviewed, agreed to and accepted any applicable modifications.

Any Customer who elects to make payments to Global by credit card online will be asked by Paypal to furnish his/her personal information, including but not limited to credit card number, expiry date and payment amount.

Global has no access to, and has no record of, any of such information which is transmitted electronically and directly to Paypal. Global does not warrant the confidentiality or security of such information, whether personal or otherwise, when it is transmitted to Paypal.

Global shall under no circumstances be liable whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise for any special, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which is suffered, sustained or incurred by the Customer arising (directly or indirectly) from or out of or relating to payments by credit card online.

The Customer agrees that he will not intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the online payment service and further agrees to notify Global immediately upon your discovery of any unauthorized use of the online payment system or any other breach of security.
